Good Evening, All,
Welp, it looks like my hand was forced in making the game offline only. The most recent art for the game was a file size too big to host on Furaffinity, so I spent the day rebuilding it to work as a downloadable package. Turns out, displaying downloaded images a lot easier to do than figuring out how to display downloaded images. All the videos and forums made it seem way more complicated that what actually was. 
Another benefit to this set-up is that backgrounds load instantly, so even though there isn't any new content, I still suggest downloading this version simply for QOL.
